This accommodation has something that is very difficult to match: the incredible nature surrounding it. You can go snorkeling right in front of the restaurant, and there is a beautiful beach where you can swim while watching bats, monkeys, and a wide variety of birds. Unfortunately, it feels like a missed opportunity to create a truly excellent resort. There are several aspects that could be improved. Although we understand that keeping the beach perfectly clean can be challenging, given the number of staff working at the resort, we believe more attention could be given to cleaning the beach. Another issue is the restaurant. Whenever special dinners or events are organised for certain guests, the restaurant does not seem to operate properly for everyone else staying at the resort. We also reserved two scooters one day in advance. When we went to collect the keys, we were told that the scooters would only be available from 12:00 noon, but that we would still have to pay the full-day rental price. We understand that the scooters do not belong to the resort, but since the mistake was made by the accommodation, we believe the resort should have covered the additional half-day charge rather than passing the cost on to us. The check-out experience was also rather strange. The security guard collected our room key, we were taken to the port and simply dropped off there. We could not help noticing that staff from the other resorts stayed with their guests and helped them board the boat. Overall, considering the price, we feel that the resort is overpriced for the level of service and attention provided. This is particularly disappointing because the location and natural surroundings give it enormous potential to be an exceptional place. On the positive side, the rooms were very clean, and the restaurant was good when it was operating normally.

Wonderful stay with attentive staff, helpful with every query and going beyond what was expected. The room was fine but was just a little noisy at night with some construction work close to the building. We will be back soon to explore some more of the island and activities offered. Special thanks to the manager, front office staff and the restaurant staff who spoiled us all the time.

Awesome place. The application mentioned in the description that kids stay for free if using the same bed as parents, which is actually not true. All kids up to a certain age are subject to an extra charge. Other than that, overall I will give 9/10. Good place, I will suggest it to others.

The best location to enjoy the atmosphere above and below the sea in Berau. Afterwards, you can enjoy a variety of dishes at the restaurant—all the menus are delicious!! The rooms are clean and comfortable. All the staff are friendly. Going to Pratasaba is like coming home ❤️

very rude staff. Heavenly white beach that as soon as you pass the pier is full of garbage, plastic and bottles. They don't clean. Asked for breakfast in the room that never arrived, complaining and they also laughed in my face. they wanted to charge us for the service for the scooter after saying that the tank was low. I asked for a lunch box without chicken and they made it with chicken demanding that I pay for it. They smoke and throw cigarette butts on the ground in the middle of the nature of the resort. Diving is very expensive. The resort is immersed in construction with all the bricklayers around making a mess and the lawnmower that goes all day. The staff is terrible. There are 1000000 working and they don't want to do anything. It was a terrible experience because of them. In fact I recommend you stay at the village and not here.

Saroja suite was great. Easy access with private jetty & close to main attractions in Derawan islands.
