The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Central Hat Yai, very convenient. However, the walls in the room are quite thin, and the children in the next room were noisy and disruptive all night. The elevator was a bit slow, but that's understandable since there's only one. Overall, the cleanliness is good, and the location is excellent. The lobby is a little small, and it can get stuffy during the day if the sun is strong because there are so many windows.

I was very impressed. The accommodation is right next to the mall, which is very convenient. It's also very clean, and the staff are lovely.

The hotel is great. Strategically located. You can also get a great view outside. Access everywhere is also good.

Near central Hatyai and walking distance to Makro

The bed is so incredibly soft! I love the bed here; it's so comfortable and perfect for a relaxing vacation.

Because of flood on hatyai, i request a refund but the hotel didnt want to issue a refund , and insist the flood has gone by the time i arrive, but in reality the flood is still there and we have to cancel the trip.

everything was okay just that the lobby was doing renovation during my visit ,just a little inconvenience and narrow walk way to the lift.

I’m really satisfied with my stay at Z Sleep Hotel. The location is excellent—it’s within walking distance to Central Hatyai and Makro, which makes everything super convenient. It’s also just a short drive to the Asean Night Market. What I love most is the ample parking space. No stress, no circling around—parking was always easy. Overall, a great stay and definitely a hotel I would highly recommend for anyone visiting Hatyai.
