There's no wardrobe, the room is okay, the bathroom is spacious.

The hotel staff is average, the location is very strategic and the kitchen is very smelly. Minus the cleanliness... The smell is awful.

The front desk is friendly, helpful, and nice. It's too bad that the instant you walk into the main couple of steps up to the elevator, you can feel the dampness in the air. Then, when you finally get to the floor, you are hit with an overwhelming smell of rotten garbage mixed with mildew that makes you cough. I booked, I guess the cheapest, I guess, but I saw cheaper priced rooms but didn't get them. But the room, I was shocked, the mattress was on the floor, stained badly but covered with a sheet and blanket. Room service was good; he replenished towels, toilet paper, and shampoo and body wash. The bathroom was very good; hot water, toilet, and sink space you can barely sit without your knees touching it. Well, the very worst part was the mildew-stained smell that came from the AC, which isn't cold. It made my husband and me cough constantly, bad for 2 days. Once you walk out of the room, the coughs stop. Oh, and no windows to air out the rooms. OMG, it was like a cemented box. So sorry for this review, but people should know you don't want to get really sick 😒. And the Wi-Fi, OMG, so bad connection. TV, 1 station, that's it.

The room is small but clean, with no musty smell. The bathroom is clean. It's conveniently located near the MRT and LRT, in the city center, and there are plenty of food options nearby.

The check-in and check-out processes were quick and efficient. The front desk staff were friendly. The rooms were quite comfortable and clean. The location is convenient, close to Dataran Merdeka and Masjid Jamek. Public transportation is also easily accessible, as it’s near the Masjid Jamek LRT Station.

Thank you for such great services, the hotel even has a laundry room at the GF, suitable for solo travelers. But, you need to upgrade the bathroom facility, especially in a family suite, with a hair dryer and proper clothes hanger perhaps?
