Air conditioner sometimes not function.

at the first time check in they said for standard room we booked have no elevetor, and then we must move to the superior room with elevator way, and they ask for upgrading fee earlier but we don't want give, and the Manager have agree with us then and the last 3days we staying, the elevator is not working bad hotel

Around 10 pm blackout, the male receptionist was too rude to arrange moving out, my roommate was hurt, newly bought cellphone was dropped, luckily still working, really very sad.

Ok in terms of room comfort and so on, just cleanliness in the bathroom is a bit disappointing.

Room so smelly.. the smell came from leaking toilet.. very bad smell.. told the staff but they just give us perfume & air fresher which is not help at all.. very disappointed.. we request another room but they decline.
