On Saturday, July 26th, around 9:30 to 10:00 a.m., the cleaning staff were chatting loudly, which I found quite disturbing. It's better to have such unimportant conversations in the employee restroom. Perhaps they could provide some guidance on how to provide excellent customer service. Visitors shouldn't be noisy, but the employees are the ones causing the disturbance.

The AC is not cold, the WiFi cannot be used, there are no hotel slippers or tissues, the doormat has holes in it.

My family and I had a very memorable stay at Hotel Puri Perdana Blitar. The cleanliness of the bedroom, bathroom, and surrounding area were key factors in our choice of accommodation. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. Thank you.

Hello, I really like staycations with my family, but recently I had a staycation in Blitar with a hotel that was very lacking in cleanliness, starting from hair on the bed, the bathroom toilet tissue was running low, the soap in the room was out, the availability of sugar was only given 2 pcs while the tea provided was 2 coffees 2.. I didn't ask for it again at the Reception because it should have been completed before the Customer entered the room to stay.. It turned out that it didn't stop there, the next morning I took my child swimming and the swimming pool facilities with a broken or damaged pool floor so that the sand rose to the top of the water and hit my child's eyes who was swimming, and it was also very dangerous for small children because the bottom of the swimming pool was very broken and cracked, for PH CL it was not written on the board in the swimming pool area, Hopefully in the future the facilities and cleanliness, room equipment will be improved again and be more aware of the situation.
