It was a good room. I got the city view. The access to Slamet Riyadi Road was lit. Love it.

The location is very easy to access. All the facilities are excellent. What needs to be added is a heater in the room, so guests who want tea or instant coffee can make their own. Or provide information at the desk so that anyone who wants to borrow a heater can contact the front desk. Management also needs to implement CRM (customer relationship management), so that loyal customers don't have to provide phone numbers, emails, etc. Hopefully, the managers have learned CRM. The manual writing method has been largely abandoned by modern hotel management, simply confirming whether the customer is a loyal customer or an incidental customer.

Strategically located in the heart of the city, it's easy to get around and find all sorts of snacks. Pop Hotel Solo is a great choice.

The staff is friendly, the room is comfortable, the mattress and pillows are soft, and it's clean. There's drinking water in the hallway. The bathroom is quite comfortable, but the shower in my room leaked. The room and toilet are clean. Overall, I recommend it for the price of 200 IDR. 😊

Thank you for our family's first experience staying. It was truly memorable. The hotel is strategically located, just a 5-minute walk from Purwosari Station, 7 minutes to Indomaret, 10 minutes to Pizza Hut, and just across to the Solo Trans Batik Bus Stop to go to Solo Grand Mall. The room is comfortable, clean, with toiletries available, and drinks are provided outside the room with a dispenser. The restaurant offers a varied menu, with an extra charge of 50K per person. The food is delicious and satisfying. Please note the availability of water in the dispenser, as there was a queue at one dispenser yesterday because the other had run out of water.

I really like this type of city view room because you can always enjoy the city view from your room, especially at night. The cleanliness of the room is also absolutely unquestionable, and the staff is very friendly.
