This villa is very suitable for family events or honeymoon couples who want to go to the rock which is not far from the tourist attractions there, because the place is very strategic close to the vehicle Jatimpark 1.2, BNS and transport museums, if you want a culinary tour also very close to the square -alun stone and lippo mall stone around there are a lot of culinary tours that will make your stomach more satisfied especially the cold weather of stones makes the stomach become very pelaper hihi.

If you are looking for this location via google maps don't use the Griya Cube keyword, just use Kingspark, because the location is in Kingspark Housing 8. Strengths: Suitable for families of 4-5 people with 2 rooms and 1 family room + kitchen, with swimming pools around 3x6 meter. Cooking facilities are quite complete with gas stoves and microwaves. Disadvantages: 1. Privacy is very low .. the pool wall is only 1.5-1.6 meters high, so activities in the pool or in the living room can clearly be seen from the security post or marketing office. 2. Connect family room with the house / room next door that is locked with 2 access sides. The shape of the barrier is a full glass which only closes with Vertical Blind but does not close perfectly.
