For the room, it was quite dim, the AC was not cold, the signal and Wi-Fi were difficult. The bathroom shower worked well, the staff during the day were nice, informative, but the ones at night seemed a bit annoyed (maybe they were not feeling well), so in my opinion it was not good and not bad either, it was quite good. For the price of 170 it was worth it.

I stayed here just to stop by and sleep. Access to the hotel is a bit difficult because it is in a residential area. The restaurant near the hotel is also not very close, I wanted to buy food but it was not ready and I wanted to pay but there was no change. Staying here once is enough.

I was worried about using an online taxi with an early morning departure to go to the station, but they helped me get there. Honestly, for that price, it's okay. It's just that the room is a bit dusty in some parts. The toilet sometimes has an error and can't flush. All in all, if you want an affordable homestay with a short visit period, this place is okay to be booked.
