I've stayed here twice, previously in an apartment room, now in a VIP room on the second floor. Unfortunately, the VIP room doesn't have a water heater in the bathroom, so I couldn't take a hot shower, which was a bit of a hassle with a baby. Also, the water often cuts out in the middle of the night. Other than that, everything is great, and I'll definitely stay here again when I'm in Kupang. Hopefully, the facilities can be improved.

We stayed for 4 nights, and it was well worth the price, considering the amenities. Breakfast was also excellent. This gives me a good place to stay next time I go to Kupang.

This was my first time staying at a hotel that felt like a villa. I got a super spacious VIP room with complete amenities, especially with power outlets in every corner. The stay was more peaceful and comfortable than other hotels. The kids loved being able to swim anytime because the pool was private. It will always be a priority for vocations.

The hotel was nice, the rooms were clean, and there were no issues. The staff was friendly and responsive.

Breakfast is only porridge.

The rooms are spacious, fully equipped, and definitely very comfortable. I'll definitely be back if I ever visit Kupang again 😊

Suggestions: 1. The female reception staff should inform you that breakfast starts at 7:00 a.m. WITA. The room is already paid for with breakfast, but the reception staff didn't inform you at check-in. If you check out before 7:00 a.m. WITA but paid for breakfast, it's best to switch to the previous day's dinner, at the same price as the breakfast. Otherwise, the breakfast fee will be refunded to the guest. 2. The internet signal in the room, in the hallway, and at reception is very weak. It's recommended to add a transmitter/repeater to the accommodation's coverage area.

A guest house with a 5-star hotel feel. Atmosphere/Facilities: Homey, quiet, safe, feels like home. Food: Not recommended. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Highlights: A serene Balinese atmosphere with aesthetic photo views. The clean and comfortable swimming pool is the best. Price: Affordable, you can feel the tranquility of a Balinese hotel. Location: Strategically located in the city center, close to public facilities.

The bathroom door I got had no locking handle, so I had to use a tissue to secure it. Breakfast was just porridge.

The hotel generator was not provided, so when we stayed overnight, when the power went out, the children were already hot and in the dark because there was no generator until the evening. It was a real shame, we had already paid in advance but the generator was not provided.

The service is very good and satisfies the guests who stay there.

This was my first time staying here, and the room had just been occupied. The hotel staff had cleaned it, and it smelled nice and tidy. However, the bathroom had run out of tissues and shampoo. The hot water in the shower was non-existent. There were also quite a lot of mosquitoes in the room. The TV was broken from the previous occupant, so I couldn't use it and enjoy it. The Wi-Fi signal in the room was also weak. The next morning, when I went up for breakfast, there was no staff on standby during breakfast hours. Please pay more attention in the future. This has always been my favorite place for a weekend staycation. Thanks.
