The room and bathroom were super clean, however, the most important thing to me was the amazing services they have! Staff assistance beyond my expectations! We checked in nearly about 11.30 pm, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Early morning at 4.30 am, she came to our room with a wheelchair for my 80-year-old mom, who couldn't walk far. She helped push the wheelchair all the way to the departure gate! Her service was very sincere and extraordinary. I really appreciate her service. Unfortunately, I didn't have a chance to ask her name because we were rushing to board the plane. I will definitely come back to this hotel if me and my mom transit in KLIA 2 next year!

Always my go-to airport hotel! For last minute booking (24-48 hours prior), this was the cheapest and most comfortable overnight airport hotel with ensuite bathroom. Huge room for repacking. The staff was so nice too and allowed me to store my luggages from 11am till 5pm upon checkout before catching my next flight.

the noise is insane, banging doors sound, children crying, false alarm etc. Me and my wife cant sleep the whole night.. better look somewhere else..

Very easy to stay inside airport hotel. The best one, so comfortable, and you can check in anytime. 12 hours stay from your check-in time means it depends on when you check in and you can rest 12 hours inside.

All beautiful except for the noisy room. Guys, the ppl staying at this hotel is because they are om transit or need to do a stop for sleeping, what's the point of having a non soundproofing room?

Before check in, the receptionist informed me that the entire KLIA2 was expected to experience power shutdown from 11pm until 5am the next morning. However, that didn't affect my stay at the hotel. I slept in comfort and all amenities were sufficient. Definitely will repeat my stay here.

A great hotel before my long flight, just inside the terminal. Good hospitality and warm staff, very helpful. Big room and fully equipped room. Will stay here again.

The place is amazing. Located in the klia2 area. Very helpful for those of you who are in transit, especially those using Air Asia. From international arrivals, exit immigration and then go up to level 2m. Very close. You don't need to leave the airport. There are also many restaurants around the hotel. The hotel atmosphere and rooms are comfortable, although I didn't like the pillows and mattress. But that's not a big problem.

I only stayed here for one night, I picked the 12-hour room. Facilities are good for just a 1 night stay. Room is not too spacious, but just enough to store our luggage. My type of room had a shared bathroom, but it was very clean. The bed is also very comfortable. All in all, a 10/10 stay!
