The rooms are comfortable, the receptionist is also friendly, there are motorbike and car rental places. And the best thing is, the location is strategic, finding food is easy, the atm is also not far 👍.

The food is good, the rooms are spacious, but unfortunately the front office is bitchy and the cleaning service is very, very unhelpful when asked for an extra bed.

The placement of the air conditioner is not quite right, so that the cooling of the room is reduced especially the position of the wall in the direction of the sun. cleanliness is sufficient, for good toilets, service even with limited staff but can serve well (free shuttle to airport), food is still a little less choice maybe because of the pandemic so food is delivered to the rooms.

The hotel is strategically located, not too far from Juwata Airport, and only a few meters from the Ramayana shopping center and Traditional Market behind it. The rooms are quite clean, the internet is fast and the waitresses are friendly even though they look less in number. There is a free shuttle from and to Juwata Airport or the port, parking fees are only charged. The driver is very friendly and informative. Thank you Gajah Mada Hotel.

Comfortable spacious room but unfortunately there is no fridge in the room.
