Overall, it's good, except for the uncomfortable changing area after swimming in the pool. The floor is very slippery, and water pools from outside into the bathroom. The changing and shower areas aren't private because they don't have doors.

A hotel with a truly memorable atmosphere. It boasts captivating views and numerous photo spots. There's an artificial lake, a water park, and ocean views. The sunset views are equally beautiful.

All the facilities are very adequate for a family vacation and the service from the reception staff is friendly and welcoming.

Overall, it was good, but the AC in our room wasn't cold enough, even though it was set to the coldest setting. It was also a bit of a shame that check-in was at 3 PM, unlike most hotels where check-in is at 2 PM, so we spent less time there.

Everything is good and will get even better in the future.

It was a great experience 🥰 love the ambience, the facilities (kids friendly), my kids enjoyed the Dolphin Bay playground and the waterpark so much. The front office staff Lavenia did so well in her duty. She is so friendly, full of smile and helpful in giving direction. Will surely be back 🙏😇
