On our way to Cemoro Lawang, and it was already quite dark, we saw this hotel from the road, which looked nice, especially the lights. So, from Cemoro Lawang, we decided to stay there, even though it was a long 25-minute drive and we had to return to Cemoro Lawang by jeep at 2 AM to watch the sunrise. Since we had booked via the app, we still made the 25-minute drive. Checking in revealed an old hotel, and the walk to our room was quite a long walk up a wooden staircase, some of which were rotten and not very clean. We were even more surprised when we entered the room; the beauty in the photo was completely different; it was probably from more than 10 years ago. The bathroom, especially, looked shabby, typical of an old-school hotel in need of a major overhaul. Plus, the hot water was inconsistent. While we were showering, it suddenly turned cold. Oh my. The terrace in the room was also neglected; once again, this hotel needs a major overhaul. The only thing that is interesting is the friendliness of the staff and FO.

The toilet's flush float is broken and won't close automatically, requiring manual movement to operate. Everything else is fine.

The location is okay, when you get to the parking lot, it's quite far to the room, it feels like you're exercising, until the room seems poorly maintained and the cleanliness is also lacking, there are still cigarette butts on the balcony in front of the room, used tea bags in the bathroom sink that clog it, the wifi is lagging, the sound of cars passing by is very disturbing, even when sleeping the room is not soundproof, the hot water works, the TV also works, but the location around the horror hotel seems poorly maintained, the rooms seem dirty, it wobbles back and forth at dawn, it's strange that something like the Grand Whiz can have weak electricity, 😁

Beautiful surroundings and atmosphere. Great prices during New Year's and a very good price on a Jeep compared to other places.

This hotel is actually quite strategically located for access to Mount Bromo, a popular tourist attraction. However, it's an old hotel with minimal maintenance. The room floors were damp and unclean. The curtains were dirty and neglected. The hot water didn't work properly. The bathroom floor wouldn't dry. The water heater on the table was so dirty that I had to ask for hot water at the restaurant to fill my child's thermos. An even worse experience I had was a neighbor who held karaoke in their room. They brought their own speakers, gathered friends in the same room with the door open, and played karaoke until past 10 p.m. It was incredibly noisy. We had to complain to the hotel about this. Perhaps the hotel should be more proactive about such things, which can potentially disturb other guests, especially at night. The breakfast food was lacking in variety and not very tasty. Hopefully, they will pay more attention in the future. The staff were all excellent and friendly.

The hotel is nice, but unfortunately the room is less comfortable than the room itself.

First time paying for a star-rated hotel but getting a dirty hostel with lots of cockroaches and insects. The room key is broken and hard to open, and the bathroom is dirty and poorly maintained. Seriously.

The location is quite close to the city of Prob and to Mount Bromo.. It's quite important to pay attention to room number 326 or what, I forgot, the double bed in the corner is okay, the room is just too noisy, I don't know if the back of the room is where the housekeeping keeps things or what, there are too many connecting doors.. so the sound is not soundproof, the sheets are dirty with stains, right? jijayyy.. given shampoo not a hotel brand but like a wedding souvenir hahaha.., for breakfast it's not complete, there's no white bread, omelet or sunny side up eggs, the chicken porridge has less condiments, there's no soy sauce, ask for sweet soy sauce, the position has to be end to end, there's an interesting drink, ginger Latte.., the tea tastes strange.., the yellow fried rice is unique and delicious.., the cereal is delicious.. the fruit is fresh and sweet, the sinom is also delicious
