I booked a hotel and paid for it using a paylater, but when I got to the hotel I was billed, they said pay at the hotel. I tried to call the online agent, he said, I chose a room that paid at the hotel. It's strange, as far as I know, the type of payment is transfer, paylater, pay at hotel, not the type of room that pays at hotel, so there's no point in using this paylater. I paid cash to the hotel and said the online paylater agent cs that had been deducted would be returned to my account 2-5 working days. Very good service, the rooms are comfortable, the AC is cold, the bathroom is clean and complete.

Very dirty and smelly. Really disappointed. The bathroom still smells of urine. The bed linen smells too.

while I was using the bathroom, I realized that there's no tissue either in the room (especially bathroom) I hope they provide it next time also with standard bedcover on the bed to make my sleep comfortable. it was okay,but need improvement.

Payment has been made but the hotel is still asking for more booking fees.

Only one blanket is given and even the small one, just 1 towel also takes a deluxe type room. The lobby door is often locked, so I have to walk again through the back stairs. the bathroom just flush 2 times and then it has to wait another half hour before it can flush.

Room conditions are good, comfortable to be a place of rest.

There are no towels available for guests.

Facilities are lacking, only for those who want to use night rest only. Even better advice if the appearance of beds, bed sheets and use standard bed covers of the inn though not the expensive quality because according to room prices only.

The air conditioner was not cold, the mattress was uncomfortable because it was still covered in plastic, the smell of sweat pillows, there was no WiFi in the room.

The place is a bit far from the shopping center, but the service is quite satisfactory
