I've stayed here for 3 days, the family room is nice. AC is very cold even at 27°. Mr. Jump, the owner, is helpful and friendly. He helped dropped our suitcases from 2nd floor. Tips : If you go back to DMK airport, you should book taxi from Mr. Jump. Cheap and reliable taxi to DMK airport. Will stay again for sure 😊.

Friendly host. Small room but clean and fragrant. Private toilet and shower outside the room. Very close to BTS Victory Monument, can take bus A2 from Don Mueng to Santiphap Park station and walk to the hostel (very close) only costs 30 baht.

The room is clean, the caretaker is friendly like family. Changed to a better room but did not charge extra. Called to ask to leave the luggage first, but the hotel allowed to check in before the time. Conveniently located near BTS. There is a convenience store. The food is very good. Give a full 10 points, no deductions. Next time will come to stay again. I recommend it. Importantly, it is next to Santiphap Park. The atmosphere is very good. I recommend it.

The host is very kind. Best choice for group of 4 people or more because the price is cheap. Near bst victory Monument and a small local market night, local restaurants like: baan kuay tiew ruathong, fat bro, milktea,. That serve local delicious food. Also near 7eleven. I'll back here if I have a chance. P/S: No ghost, I slept deeply.

There was no water, the air conditioner leaked all night. The air conditioner drops, hardly sleeps. Wet water on the floor all over the room. Should check the room before serving the guests.

Friendly owner (As other comments say) Reserve a room for 2 people outside bathroom. It has been upgraded to a 4 person room, en-suite bathroom, clean room, cold air conditioner in the room, no outside noise.

Very cute, worth the price, but should have water in the room. All in all, good value
