1. When we first arrived, we were greeted by a completely unfriendly receptionist. We both arrived with smiles and a friendly greeting, but the receptionist was just plain rude.
However, the cleaning staff, the restaurant staff, the room attendants, and the check-out staff were incredibly friendly.
I think the receptionist needs to be retrained.
Because the person who greets guests first is sad when their attitude is lacking.
2. The place is okay, nice, with a beach view, so you can relax in the afternoon and evening. Breakfast can be enjoyed on the beach in the morning.
3. Breakfast is delicious, but we thought that for a stay of 450,000 Rupiah, we could have a buffet, as there's also a restaurant and buffet dining options available. When we stayed there, we only had the choice of fried rice, noodles, or an American breakfast, maybe salad and an omelet.
It's really lacking for the price.
4. The room was clean, the TV was working, the AC was working, and other amenities were also working. The only downside was the lack of hotel slippers. 5. Restaurant food prices are less affordable, so the restaurant is quiet. Try lowering the prices. You'll definitely feel at home without having to eat or buy snacks out. And the hotel is guaranteed to be busier.
