I booked for someone else. They waited for hours in the hotel lobby waiting for the hotel to look for their confirmed booking. After hours of waiting, the hotel did not find my booking and they just opted to leave the hotel. They came from a long journey and with them is a one-year-old child so rest is much needed that day. They came back later that afternoon after I myself called the app customer service. They gave me the hotel confirmation number so I call the Seda hotel. After almost 10 minutes of waiting on the phone, the staff finally found and confirmed the booking. It's such a hassle that the hotel, for which we paid expensively, could deny guests because of their system glitch or something for which customers are not at fault.
