Good, friendly service, 24-hour front desk, secure parking for motorbikes. My only complaint is that the rooms aren't very soundproof, and there's a constant buzz of engine noise at night, making it a bit uncomfortable to sleep in. Otherwise, everything is fine.

So far, it's okay. The location is in the city center so it's close to everywhere. The room is also clean. The downside is, staying in a room on the 1st floor which turned out to be an old well when you opened the window. So it was a bit scary. My sister heard someone knocking on the door at night 🤣

Great location, friendly staff. Getting around is super easy, especially for someone like me who loves walking. Malioboro is just a short walk away.

The hotel is strategically located and comfortable. Hotel Sans is the largest hotel on Malioboro and has an elevator, so you don't have to go up and down stairs. It's close to everything, and the room amenities and cleanliness are top-notch. I'll definitely stay there again; the price is affordable.

The hotel's location, staff attitude, and facilities were all quite satisfactory. However, my room, number 207, lacked a towel rail in the bathroom. Hopefully, this can be fixed soon.
