I booked a room for two adults and a 10-year-old child. Upon check-in, I discovered that the child was charged an additional bed fee of IDR 85,000 (children under seven are free). Please provide more details on this. Please pay attention to the small details: the night light doesn't work, the shower doesn't have enough water, and the fan is noisy. We stayed for three days and were supposed to be given fresh drinking water every day, but this was only provided upon check-in.

The staff is unfriendly, and the cleanliness of the outdoor bathrooms is still poorly monitored. The lights in each hotel are dim and not very bright. A suggestion is to improve lighting to make the accommodation more visible. The price is not commensurate with the facilities.

The room was fairly clean, with only a small bar of soap available. The towels needed to be replaced, as they were no longer white. The shower's hot water couldn't be set to cold, as the knob was difficult to turn back to normal, resulting in very hot water. The air conditioning was cool. The staff were friendly.

The hotel is located close to Malioboro, a 5-minute walk. Room amenities are quite good: a fan, blanket, towels, soap, and mineral water. The room is clean, with a clean floor. The bathroom also has running water. Parking is limited to three cars, and it's close to the road and secure.

Near Malioboro and the motorbike parking is safe because it is locked by a chain by the hotel management.

The downside first, yesterday I ordered via Traveloka for 2 adults, 1 child (10 years old) on the application the child is free without any additional charges. When I arrived at the hotel, the staff asked me to add an extra bed because the child was over 7 years old. They said it was the rule. Even though I often stay at other hotels like Ama**s, it's free. Finally, I added a bed rather than making a fuss. The plus is the room and bathroom are clean. The distance to Malioboro is quite close, walking distance. There are many food vendors too

What I like most about the Karun Hotel is that it is close to Malioboro. It can be reached on foot. There are many food vendors around. It is easy to find because it is on the side of the road. The room is quite spacious even though it looks a bit old-fashioned. Blankets and towels are provided. The water is smooth. But unfortunately the tap is a bit broken
