A comfortable and safe place, clean and beautiful. A little advice: if you're staying for two nights, if possible, have different breakfasts—don't have the same breakfast one day and the next.

The room wasn't very clean. The hotel slippers were out of stock. Other than that, all the amenities were fine. We had a great time here.

The staff was friendly at first, but when we entered the room, we were completely disappointed because the amenities hadn't been prepared at all. Furthermore, the towels we were given were stained 🤦‍♂️. The children's facilities were decent.

The rooms were clean, and the atmosphere was cool and typical of Puncak, perfect for quality time with the family. The facilities were definitely what made the kids feel at home. There's a playground, a water park, and even an indoor playground, so they could play all day without getting bored. The food was also delicious. The breakfast menu was quite extensive and the flavors were just right. Overall, we were completely satisfied with our stay. The cutest thing was, the kids didn't want to leave because they wanted to keep playing.

Got the price of 270 thousand standard type, although the room is small but clean ❤️, there is a TV and Wi-Fi. In the room there is no electric kettle, but outside the room there is a dispenser with hot water that can be refilled as much as you like. Complete amenities, just didn't get slippers. Friendly staff, got a free delicious breakfast too (fried rice, eggs, bread, tea coffee). Easy access, there is a waterplay for children, there is a cafe near the waterplay which is very cozy, the food and coffee are delicious at affordable prices ❤️. There is a swimming pool, there is an indoor and outdoor playground.

This hotel is friendly for families with children. There are separate pools for children and adults, and shower rooms are available. Free bottled water and refills are available, and hot water is also available. The spacious super deluxe rooms have balconies, cool and refreshing air. Hot water is available. Parking is available in front of the hotel. The atmosphere is quiet because it is a bit far from the main road. The downside is that towel delivery takes a long time, possibly due to the holiday season. I would suggest that the management increase the supply of towels.
