The place is very comfortable and easy to find food. The service is also very good.

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly, and the rooms were great. The security guards were equally friendly. It was well worth the price and excellent service.

The hotel is nice and it felt like an American motel situation. However, since the hotel is open and facing the street, it is quite noisy from the cars and motorbikes.

I am a traveler and often stay at several hotels in the Jatinangor area and always every Eid. This is the best hotel in Jatinangor. The receptionist is very nice. The room is very clean, the floor is clean, the bathroom is clean. The towels smell good. The bed sheets are also clean and fragrant. Breakfast, although only snacks, is premium, the jam is branded, really classy. From now on, I think I will always stay here when I go to Jatinangor. BTW, the only drawback is that there is no elevator, so if you bring a huge suitcase, you have to ask the room boy, and I don't have the heart to see the room boy carrying the suitcase. Yokotel Jatinangor is the best.

All staff were always helpful and accommodating. The hotel was never a disappointment, always clean and comfy.

It would be better if there were room options that included breakfast and there were additional mirrors in the room besides the one in the toilet.

It's perfect for those of you just stopping by for a nap on a road trip, like me, who needed a place to sleep overnight. The downside is that it's not soundproof. It can get noisy at night, whether it's people still talking or traffic noise. But so far, so good.

I always prefer staying here when I'm planning a trip to Jatinangor because it's comfortable and the location is great. However, this time, I stayed there while a male guest was chatting outside until midnight and was very noisy, disturbing the other guests. It would be better if the hotel reminded guests who were noisy during rest/sleep hours. The satellite TV is still problematic and doesn't seem to have been fixed by the hotel (last time I stayed in the same room). During normal times, the broadcast often has problems, and especially when it rains, the broadcast is completely inactive. The hotel's Wi-Fi is unusable. The room's comfort is okay, but the walls are scratched and stained, making them look untidy by hotel standards. The bathroom is clean, but the walls need a thorough cleaning. There are only two pillows available, and they're too thin for hotel standards. The staff and security are friendly and very helpful. Maybe they could offer the same fried rice breakfast as before.
