The hotel is comfortable, with a homey feel, but the staff are multitasking. Housekeeping doubles as receptionist and cleaner, so check-in is a bit slow because the staff have to do all the work. 😁

Well, the staff is just enough so when it's busy it's a shame they're running here and there, but the service is good, you just have to be patient waiting for them to run around.

The location is excellent, close to IPDN, ITB, and Unpad Jatinangor. There are plenty of food vendors and easy access to public transportation. The rooms are comfortable, but unfortunately, there's no kettle.

The place is very comfortable and easy to find food. The service is also very good.

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly, and the rooms were great. The security guards were equally friendly. It was well worth the price and excellent service.

The hotel is nice and it felt like an American motel situation. However, since the hotel is open and facing the street, it is quite noisy from the cars and motorbikes.
