Overall, the service and staff are friendly and can serve guests well, it's just that the car parking is in P5 and P6, if you bring a lot of luggage, it's a bit of a hassle going back and forth...

Upon arrival, we were told to wait, and it took 45 minutes, even though the previous guests must have checked out by 12. But this time, they said "the room isn't ready yet," and we waited another 45 minutes. I'll be more prepared next time. The room is okay, with complete amenities, a thermos, a clean bathroom, a great breakfast, everything was okay, but the wait for check-in was the longest.

This is my second time staying here with my kids, but unfortunately the pool water is so scalding, it even causes my kids to get sores playing in it. If possible, avoid using too much chlorine, as it can cause sore and dry skin for the kids. The rest of the service is top-notch, with free room upgrades, clean rooms, and delicious breakfast, though the food variety is limited during off-peak times. The staff are all friendly.
