It is possible that the air-conditioning was not turned on before the guest checked in, causing the room to remain warm. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced regarding the smell in the room upon arrival. Regarding the in-room refrigerator, we understand your needs, especially for storing medications such as insulin. Please be informed that one of our guest rooms, the Loft Suite, does have a refrigerator. In addition, guests can contact the front desk for assistance in storing heat-sensitive medications at a specific temperature. These can be stored in the refrigerators in the lobby or kitchen.
