friendly staff delicious food only the ac remote doesn't work properly

Friendly and responsive service. When there is a problem with the room key, it is immediately reported to the technician and fixed. Breakfast is quite complete, types of rice, lontong, lupis, porridge, cake / bread, fruit, 3 types of drinks. Only the access road is not wide enough, can't make a difference.

We stayed here for 2 nights, the staff were very friendly and helpful. But for cleanliness, please improve it. 1. The sink was clogged. 2. Yellow and dirty towels (on the first day, on the second day because I complained, they were replaced and so far it's okay). 3. Glasses were stained. 4. The floor was sticky and dusty on the first day. 5. The dressing table was not very clean. For food, good taste. Thank you.

Not a great experience. Surely not recommended for family. Hotel bedroom & pool area was dirty, the facilites were mostly old and broken, even the food quality from ala carte and breakfast not worth the price. But thanks to Pak Andika from the restaurant, good service.

Early early just want to check here when I arrived not disappointing, given a corner room that is super comfortable ❤️❤️, hopefully next time staying here breakfastnya can buffet so you can taste all the food👍

This is my first time staying at this hotel, and it's been pretty cool because everything feels different from other hotels around Medan city. The service is quite satisfying, all the hotel staff are friendly, and the facilities are complete. The hotel's location isn't too far from the city center. One thing to note could be the pool water quality. The pool water is too dense, and after swimming, my family and I felt itchy. Maybe consider periodic water replacement and more thorough maintenance for guest comfort. I'll definitely consider coming back to stay here again. Thank you

If you are looking for an outdoor atmosphere and activities, it is quite okay, especially for a family vacation. The swimming pool is clean. For breakfast, there is quite a variety. It's just that the room service food needs to be improved in taste.

Buruk. Tidak sesuai tarif hotel dibeli 2jtaan, fasilitas kamar seperti tarif harga 400an.

Kebersihan kamar kurang, sprei dan selimut bekas tamu sebelumnya tidak diganti, terlihat dari adanya noda-noda diselimut dan sprei. Yang herannya taman luar cantik dan terawat, tapi kamar tak diprioritaskan kebersihannya, sayang sekali gaes.
