The staff was friendly, the hotel was nice, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was delicious, and the location was strategic. It was a very satisfying stay.

The hotel staff were very helpful, carrying our numerous luggage all the way to the reception lobby. The hotel and room were very clean, odor-free, and dust-free. The bathroom was also spacious. What was truly amazing was that there were two smaller beds under the bed that could easily accommodate four people. The air conditioning and hot water were excellent. The cabana I chose was right above the pool, so when you opened the door you could immediately see the pool. It was a nice concept, in my opinion. The only thing missing for the price was a mini fridge. A mini fridge would have been perfect. I happened to be carrying my child's medication, which needs to be kept refrigerated, so I was able to leave it in the fridge at reception.

The hotel staff was friendly, but the facilities needed repairs, such as a broken TV. After complaining twice, it was replaced the third time. The room wasn't soundproof. But it's okay, the kids enjoyed their vacation swimming.

The staff was very friendly, but unfortunately, only two people are allowed free entry. Breakfast is also only free for two people, and they also have to note down the room number. Please review the hotel's breakfast policy. Otherwise, it's fine.

In short, it is recommended for a vacation with the family.

Kabar Cabana is perfect for families. There are two extra beds next to the main bed. The pool/water boom is also free to use.

The hotel staff are friendly and provide excellent service to hotel guests, hopefully this will be maintained.
