I had requested a room change because the previous room's AC was hot and sweaty, until finally I was offered a room change after waiting a long time for repairs. Suggestions for the parking gate facility: provide free parking for pick-up or drop-off guests using online transportation services (Grab/Gojek). How can a 4-star hotel be charged a parking fee even for less than 5 minutes through the lobby, which will certainly be a burden on hotel guests. Imagine if you stay for a long time, and guests often use online motorcycle taxi services. Please pay attention.

Thank you for the compensation. We were upgraded to a suite due to issues with our previous room. The restaurant food was delicious, but perhaps they could offer more variety. The breakfast menu was also delicious, with the Manadonese porridge being our favorite :)
