The puppies at the lobby really stole my heart. Cutest ever. The receptionist was very kind. He allowed us to check in early and fulfilled our requests, even for the smallest things. We'll be back for sure :)

Not bad, okay location, walking distance to the city center

I booked this hotel through an app, and it was surprisingly cheap. The rooms were clean. Seeing that it said there were no windows, I thought the rooms would be small and stuffy. But surprisingly, there were windows, and they were well-ventilated because there was some open space, though you couldn't see the street. Hot and cold water was available. The staff, both day and night shifts, were extremely enthusiastic and friendly. I missed my flight and arrived at 4 am, but they were still very helpful. It's only about a minute by motorbike to places like Sun Plaza, the Stone Church, and restaurants. I'll definitely choose to stay here again when I return to Sapa.

Okay, the weather was nice and cool. I went during a time with beautiful weather, so it was a great experience.

The rooms are clean, close to the city center, and reasonably priced.

Just a 2-minute walk to Sun Plaza. There's plenty of food around the hotel, with halal food just an 8-minute walk away. A souvenir center near the square offers affordable prices.

I really enjoyed my stay here! Totally a steal with the price. Location was perfect. Even though you have to go up/down stairs, the staff were kind enough to help me with my big luggage! They let you stay in their lobby and use the bathroom while waiting for bus pick up at night after you check out. Their lobby was comfy. Their room also clean, nice, and tidy. I booked the cheapest room without windows but turns out I got a window with a view too. Love their bathroom with all the amenities and the space. The downside was only the room door was hard to close/open, but it didn't affect my stay here. Totally recommended to stay here especially for solo traveller.

The room was cozy, the location was convenient and quiet, and the hotel staff were very helpful.

The hotel and staff were very friendly. You can leave your luggage or luggage if it's not check-in time, so you can explore Sapa. Check-out is the same; you can leave your luggage while you explore until your next trip. There's a restroom on the first floor that you can use before check-in and even shower after check-out. There's a bed warmer, perfect for the chilly Sapa weather.

The hotel's central location offers convenient access to Cat Cat Village and the Sun Plaza stone church area. It's clean and the check-in and check-out process is tailored to my schedule.

The room was as beautiful as in the pictures, the staff were enthusiastic, the only downside was that it was a little hard to find.

I love staying in this hotel. Affordable, but the facility is super complete. Has a warmer in the bed, so it's super comfortable during the cold season. Although we need to go downstairs when we need to go to the hotel, it's really worth the price.

Location is perfect, really close with Sun Plaza, they have warmer on their beds as well so it’s really helpful with the Sa Pa temperature. The facilities is so good, they have hair dryer, soaps and shampoo, amenities, towel, and water boiling. Had so much fun here, I’d recommend it.

There is still a lack of English-speaking staff, making it difficult to communicate.
