Actually, for the standard of the inn, the staff here was quite good on day 1 to day 3 of our stay, the service was also fine. The cleanliness of the inn is also very pampering. But all that changed when we wanted to rent a car. Before we told you that the location was in an alley so cars wouldn't be able to enter, so parking in front of the alley was difficult because it was busy & jammed in front of Yogyakarta station. Actually, it's okay to park at other hotels as long as they charge. We booked the car for 10 o'clock, then at 8.30 we were ready. As a mother, I bring 3 children to tidy up my children first, after that I get ready and finish showering at 9.30. Then I changed clothes but what happened was that the staff shouted at me, come on, hurry up, the others just wait outside, that's just one thing left! I've been told the time earlier even though it's not yet 10 o'clock according to the booking. And I, the customer, have the right to leave at any time (booking at 10, leaving at 12 is no problem) because I paid. Until I didn't have time to put on makeup and wear a hijab in the room because the hotel staff was rushing me with a lack of etiquette! Finally I headed to the parking lot. What else made me angry? My children were stuck on the side of the road in the heat & the car hadn't arrived because of traffic jams until 10.45. The rental car only arrived at 10.55. Finally, what happened was that I wore the hijab in front of another hotel, my makeup was seen by many people in front of another hotel. My child is hot all over the family. Meanwhile, the car hadn't arrived at 10 o'clock. It should be the inn or the staff who go to the front to see if the car has arrived or hasn't arrived yet, the inn is the one who conditions our rental car, not us as customers who are told to wait in the heat for more than an hour outside. To the point that the staff spoke like that to me who was staying overnight and spent money on car rental which was also not cheap! Because of this, I don't even have any respect for the inn, which I initially had an impression of.
