Do not stay here. Bad. Came from the province. Pressed to book at 9 pm. Didn't call to tell. Scolded the customer. Very bad hotel. Heard only the voice. Went out and didn't see the face. The voice of an old man... If I had my own car, I would have changed the hotel immediately. Had to stay until 11:30 pm. There was nothing in the room... Cancel the booking in the app if you are not ready to serve customers. Because other hotels are not like this. Pity the people who come to stay. There is no counter in front. Not convenient. The hotel name in the app is in English. Looks luxurious. But when I arrived, the hotel name was 3 Coins (Good thing I apologized on behalf of the aunt).
