Great location and potential but resort needs maintenance. Pool water was not clear with green pool floor. No hot water in the room during the morning. Electrical explosion sounds behind the room. Deep cleaning of the cabin and breakfast restaurant deems appropriate. Wifi was very weak. Bed linnen was clean. Staff was very friendly but visible exhausted from all the issues.

The room is dirty, my child had to call the staff to clean the room, but it was still not clean.

My family just rested here. Really resort is very lovely. The receptionist, service or manager are all friendly and enthusiastic. Swimming pool clean, no chemical smell. Rooms are clean and airy. The only point I find a bit inconvenient is that the bathroom door has a hand like an emergency door, it will always close. each time it opened very badly, the 5-year-old did not open the door himself. The beachfront resort is only a few minutes walk away, but the road to the sea smells of buffalo feces 😿 The beach is not clean as many leaf carcasses wash ashore despite clear water. To go eat some seafood shops on 30/4 street, take a taxi about 110k. I will come back here if I return to Phu Quoc.

Resort in Mediterranean style, near the sea, small but very beautiful. Staff are very professional, enthusiastic, fresh, agile. Specially create surprises by congratulating birthday and giving ice cream cakes to guests during their stay (I highly appreciate this detail). Two-storey bungalow designed beautifully and gracefully. Rooms are clean, bright, cute. The front porch area is very beautiful. Swimming pool clear, clean, no chemical smell. Delicious breakfast food, many European dishes with a little Vietnamese food. There are bicycles for guests to take for a walk. Unique unhappy toilets, lavabo areas and toilets do not have drainage holes, slightly uncomfortable. 5 stars for quality. There will definitely be a chance.
