Very strategic location in the center of Solo city.

The staff are friendly, the hotel is nice... just needs room maintenance.

A truly memorable experience. The staff was very friendly and responsive when I encountered a problem in my room. The service and facilities were excellent, and there were no issues. However, I did find the behavior of other guests on the floor above my room to be disruptive, as they were still busy until the early hours of the morning (such as pulling chairs, running, and stomping), which really disturbed my rest.

The room is big, the price is affordable, it's close to everywhere.

The room size, comfort, service, and staff were all good. I ordered fried bananas, which were delicious. I got six large ones, so it was worth the price. However, the room and bathroom were not very clean. There was black mold on the rubber on the glass door. The shower fixtures were also old and poorly maintained. The cleanliness was lacking.

The staff is friendly and communicative, for an economical price and the room is quite spacious, the hot water works well, the toilet sometimes still has a backflush and the door handle is a bit loose, I forgot to mention (room718).

Everyone is friendly and nice. The facilities are attractive. Although expensive, it's worth it.

The atmosphere is comfortable and the facilities are quite complete, but I found the rooms to be a bit less soundproof. The food is quite varied.

I came here to participate in a running event in Solo. The facilities were fun, so the kids were happy when they left the hotel. Those of us who ran were happy.

It's very attractive and a perfect place to stay, whether for business trips or holidays with family and friends. The restaurant offers delicious food with a wide variety, making it easy to stay for several days, as the menu varies daily. The hotel's cleanliness is very well maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The staff is also very helpful.

I'm always happy when I go to Solo and stay at Harris, the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, spacious, close to the city center, and you can have car-free days on weekends.

The hotel is comfortable and the location is strategic

The junior rooms are located above Hotel Pop, with a different elevator than Harris, making them a hassle for groups. The elevator area at Hotel Pop looks shabby and dark. The junior rooms are large, but the bathroom layout is poor; the sink area is oversized and wasteful, making the bed area feel cramped. The TV often glitches. Wi-Fi is unstable and slow. The windows are small and not soundproof, allowing traffic noise to enter.

Check-in and check-out were fast, and the staff were friendly! The corridors, rooms, and bathrooms were clean, and there was a welcome drink and snacks. Wi-Fi was excellent, and it was close to everything. It's in the same building as Pop Hotel. Breakfast was varied, from traditional to Western, and there was a wide selection of bakery and cakes.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with the check-in process.
