The hotel is strategically located and clean, with no fuss. The hotel lobby needs some renovation to create an exclusive and luxurious atmosphere. Currently, there are no chairs or tables for chatting while waiting.

The hotel itself is a bit old and crowded, and towels and mats weren't available when I arrived. There's also no hot water, and it's noisy at night, as if someone is moving chairs.

had a wonderful stay at HARRIS Hotel Solo. The room was surprisingly spacious, clean, and very comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a busy day. The hotel’s strategic location made it convenient to reach various places around the city, whether for dining, meetings, or sightseeing. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality in Solo.

The room is spacious 8.5/10, the bathroom 8/10 smells a bit from the pipes when the water is first turned on, the breakfast is tasty 9/10, nothing is a dud, the swimming pool is okay 9/10. There is a playground for children suitable for ages 6 and under, opens at 9 am. It's a bit pricey for a hotel of its class, in my opinion. But maybe it's because it sells the location which is right in the middle of the city. Overall 8.5/10.. I'll revisit it if there's a promotional discount.

The check-in and check-out process was easy. We arrived at the hotel around 1:00 PM while the check-in time given by the hotel was still at 2:00 PM. The room was already prepared and could be used immediately, very helpful because after a long journey we wanted to clean ourselves immediately. The staff was also friendly, we added a blanket without being charged an additional fee. We also ordered food to be picked up at 9:00 AM the next morning, it turned out that at 9:00 AM it had been delivered to our room. Thank you for the maximum service during our two-night stay.
