The hotel is clean, and the food is delicious

location is greatly placed except that it takes a roundabout way to get to the hotel. while the room is small, it's comfy enough with cold ac and 2 pillows that makes it a lot more comfy. the toilet however is badly placed. when i sit down i have to sit down diagonally because it's so close to the glass wall. other than that I don't have a lot of complains

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Parking is also secure.

A comfortable and safe hotel for a solo stay, close to the BSB Mall, making it easy to find food and other amenities. You also don't have to worry about finding a taxi to the airport.

My roommate left her phone in the room after checking out, but the hotel contacted me and delivered it directly to me. Excellent service, really.

It's quite close if you want to go to the mall.

For the room x is a bit narrow. And the AC is a bit noisy.

according to the request, I got a cold AC room 😍 but I'll make sure the room again if I want to give it to guests.. because my mattress is still quite sandy 😓 so I hope you make sure the cleanliness again.. because I've stayed here often so I can feel what's different 😇🙏🏻

Nice location. Staffs were friendly. Room was a bit small but it was enough. Will consider staying there again if i went to balikpapan again.

Centrally located, easy to get everywhere, close to the mall, easy to find food, close to minimarkets and can be reached on foot.
