Comfortable clean recommended

When I first entered the room was greeted with cockroaches, even I couldn't sleep because there were cockroaches in the room. The bathroom is clean, the living room is also clean, the kitchen can be used, there is a refrigerator too.

The room is pretty good but check-in is difficult here and there where to bring luggage again, the owner is very bitchy.

The contents of the room are good, complete with sofa, AC, TV, refrigerator, everything works well, but unfortunately the room smells of cigarettes. Maybe after each rental, given the best fragrances or antidotes to cigarette smoke, to check out, the owner feels too rushed to make his guests go home. maybe my advice, just give a reminder via sms or whatsap with sentences that are more polite and polite.

The room was good but the check-in process was difficult. Then suddenly at midnight the electricity went out and the staff was called no one answered. And made me have to go down and find the building technician myself.

It's fun and will come back again, thank you Mega Kaka and Kaka Ratna who have been bothering to pick up because it hasn't been at check-in, I arrived at 9 in the morning to leave my luggage first.

I think personally is cheap but not cheap. Owner is responsive, friendly, responsive and not complicated. If I stay at Kalibata City, definitely by Kenny again. Recommended, thanks Mr. Ivan, success always.

Comfy room for affordable very budget conscious goers. Strategic spot (commuter rail, malls, etc)

Less comfortable with service from staff and owners. I stayed with one of my cousins and a small child, but both the owner and staff said something unpleasant by making a prejudice that my niece, because she was still young, had a fallow room. The owner also immediately protested without confirmation first accusing us of staying for four, even though we only stayed 2 adults plus one child under 3 years. I don't want messages from this provider anymore.

The location is good, can be a room that has a lot of renovations, the mattress is not feasible, because the per felt when sleeping, and finally replace the room is pretty. The room is clean. The air conditioner is cold, rarely find rooms in Kalibata, the AC is still good. Which Telkomsel signal is bad in that area. So you can't play games in your room, you have to hang out often just to play games. But overall it's good
