Everything is ok, just the distance to the food place is a bit far

The apartment is really nice, check-in/check out is smooth, we even get to early check-in. There will be sounds of praying every early morning, but if you are a heavy sleeper there’s nothing to worry about. Location is close to tourist popular spots, you can easily walk within 10-15 minutes. And with a baby you take Grab mostly, the traffic is not so bad and don’t have to wait long for Grab to arrive.

A perfect apartment for a Kuala Lumpur getaway, located in Bukit Bintang, close to the culinary delights of Alor Street and Petaling Street. Room amenities are quite good, with a washing machine, iron, and kitchenware, except for a rice cooker, which is not available. A RM 200 deposit is required, determined by the owner. You must contact the owner before check-in to obtain a QR code for access. The apartment is clean, and the security is friendly. The room offers a view of the tallest building in Malaysia. The location is very close to everywhere, the staff is very helpful and nice. But the room smells bad, the AC is not cold. The room door is broken.

Customer service is not up to the standard. Not friendly. And I had to contact them multiple times to get back my deposit refund. The toilet floor mat is old and stained. My body was itchy after lying on the sofa at the living room. Otherwise, the general condition of the suite is fairly clean.

That was amazing. I have a room with a Kuala Lumpur scenery. It was an amazing view from the 28th floor. I will order this hotel again next trip.

Overall it's okay, it's just that we got a unit that wasn't managed directly by the apartment management, so there was no receptionist for check-in and check-out, everything was done by phone, appointments were made in the lobby, it was trustworthy even though we were a little doubtful about fraud because of the system.

Early last year I stayed here and it was also fun and memorable, so I booked Swiss Garden again, but for the second time I got a room with a rather hard bed, and the AC in the room leaked so that water dripped onto the floor and the floor was wet and the carpet that is usually there is also not there. For access to everywhere, it is close, but that doesn't make me regret staying here. Next time I go to KL again, I will definitely stay here. Hopefully the service will be better and the room will be more comfortable. Thank you.

Ini ternyata chek in mandiri. Saya kurang teliti dengan penawaran ini, mungkin bagi yang sudah berpengalaman its oke tapi bagi saya yang pemula masih bingung walaupun akhirnya bisa karena membawa anak saya yang muda pintar, ini tidak memiliki receptionis sperti hotel atau apartemen lain. Jika tidak jeli bisa frustasi. Untuk kamar B aja.

Worst experience thus far! Worst host, really rude, unprofessional and slow response! Never ever booked with this host ‘Urban Suites’, find other company/ host if you wanna stay at this property. The bathroom sink, towels dirty and worn, pillows are dirty!
