A very satisfying stay at Choice Hotel, the hotel is integrated with the BG Junction mall, check in in the afternoon and you can go around the mall just by going down the elevator. The room is spacious, all the equipment works well, provided toiletries, strong water flow, in-room coffee maker, comfortable bed, clean hotel, and good service. I brought a private vehicle (motorcycle), I parked at P1 then took the elevator to L2 (food court), then continued up using the panoramic elevator to L9. Actually, you can directly use the panoramic elevator but go up from GL (south entrance) or Ramayana. No need to worry about getting lost because the mall security is on duty 24 hours.

First time in Surabaya and first time staying at this hotel. It's pretty good. I upgraded from superior to deluxe for an additional 45,000 Rupiah to get a view, even though it's just a garden. It's right above a mall that's very busy from morning to night. Breakfast is also good. Maybe a suggestion is to make the bathroom smell a little better. Otherwise, it's fine.
