The access road to the inn was terrible, the pillows and mattress smelled of urine, the AC wasn't very cold, there was no wardrobe, the bathroom and toilet were crusty. The staff were lacking. Not recommended. I was supposed to stay two nights, but I ended up checking out on the second day and looking for another hotel, even though I was at a loss, but because I needed comfort.

The view is very good, the scenery is very good, and it is very easy to reach.

The condition of the villa is not maintained, the bathroom is dirty, smells of urine mixed with the smell of rusty iron, the shower is broken, the upstairs villa has a small shower water.. it is difficult to take a shower, the AC is hard to cool, public facilities are damaged, the children's play area is very unsafe because it is damaged and rusty again.. dirty windows, sticky floors, old school TV broadcasts are also blurry, noisy neighbors can be heard, & at night it is really scary, there are lots of disturbing sounds.. I don't know if it is because it is not soundproof or what.. it's scary.. even though if it is well maintained, the villa unfortunately looks like an old, unused villa.. the only good thing is that the rabbits are nice, fat & healthy.. sorry for the low star.. because it is not recommended for the price I got, almost 700 thousand.

The hotel is quiet, like a village, with beautiful hill views and a beautiful flower garden. The room is very spacious and the air conditioning is very cool. Overall, the Diamond Hill Hotel is a great place to stay. The staff is also very friendly.

The toilet is very unkempt and not clean.

The toilet bidet is on the left, do we wash our right hand? The shower is broken, with three faucets running. They gave me the wrong room key, and I called them half an hour before they responded and replaced the key. The hallway lights are on from 7 pm to 4 am, and it's already dark at 4 am. The road to the location is bad and scary. Plus, the view is nice and the room is clean.

Not a single bit looked like in their promotional account. Broken fan, broken taps, broken sprayer, damped wall, insects everywhere. Most of the facilities here are out of order.

pls whoever you are,, I just arrived and was greeted by a stray dog,, we have a phobia of dogs, yeah... the gatekeeper told me to get down,, I didn't want to, I was afraid of being bitten... while grumbling, the gatekeeper told me to get down.. his mouth is so light, checked in at 2 pm, the room was facing the sun directly,, it was hot like a boarding house room,, the AC wasn't cold,, don't be fooled by social media,, it was actually like a city park,, we had to check out at 12 o'clock, we checked out in the morning,, because we were annoyed,, not only me, all the rooms next to it also checked out earlier than me because the atmosphere was like a boarding house 🤣🤣
