D'Paragon Pogung was full, and we were redirected to D'Paragon Karangmalang without confirmation via email or WhatsApp. The room was not soundproof, smelled strongly of cigarettes, and the pillows were moldy and the color was the same as in the photo. The bathroom was fine, with no hot water, and the room wasn't damp.

We arrived at the hotel in the afternoon. Check-in was smooth and we received our room key immediately. The room was clean, spacious, and not too hot. The bathroom was clean, and an exhaust fan would have been nice to dry the bathroom floor. The sound from the bathroom next door was really audible. Overall, I was satisfied.

The room was not maintained, it was moldy, the wall paper was dripping. When I wanted to sleep, I was unsure about the pillows, so I covered them with a towel first because the mattress smelled musty.
