Dirty, dirty, the service does not exist, the receptionist continues to disappear.

The staff are nice and friendly but unfortunately the elevator doesn't work even though the room on the 4th floor so using the emergency stairs makes me lazy to go down or go up to the room 😓 The effect of using the emergency staircase is that my legs are sprained ill.
