I always booking this hotel when I outstation to sandakan. Eventhough the breakfast not have many choice but the food is very tasty. The room also very spacious and cozy.

The hotel is a modern & therefor attractive building. The staff on reception were friendly & helpful. The rooms were clean & comfortable. Where the hotel was let down, was the total lack of any local information available in the room or at reception. The hotel surroundings are not attractive and it's position is very isolated - walking to nearby areas of attraction is at least 15 minutes & alongside a dangerous road - consequently you need a car or taxi to get anywhere. This is further problematic due to there being no facilities in the hotel i. e. the restaurant is only open for breakfast (buffet style) & lunch (limited menu), there is no bar, no gym, no swimming pool and I believe no room service (no menu /information in the room). An attractive hotel option as a transit place to stay between flights but not for a Sandakan stay - should have stayed at The Sabah Hotel instead.

A few restaurants near hotel. walking distance +-300m. enjoy viewing pasar malam on Saturday night.

Love staying here. Room great. Easy to go anywhere. All staff are friendly.

The location of the hotel is strategic because it is close to restaurants and shopping malls.

Room is spacious and bed is clean. The toilet fixtures are rusty and smells. Breakfast is limited and tastes bad. Just walk over to the shop lots right next door for proper breakfast

A nice and smooth experience with the hotel. Been here twice already and everything was fine. Just that they aren't any shops within close proximity so you have to walk quite a bit to the nearest town area. Also it would be better if they can provide pool towels for patrons since it was quite a hassle to bring your own towels from the room.

Got rejected for breakfast by penjaga pintu masuk tempat sarapan alasan tiada dalam senarai.

Price goes up 260/- for king size bed. Those days 140/- only. Nice place to stay byt price not resonable already only the prise they can't show me the rate. When wslk in.

Good stay. People always come here for big function such as grand wedding. The breakfast food is so so. Must add nasi lemak as basic choice. Overall it is nice stay.

Breakfast not well managed. Food and drinks not serve well. Room not ready no towel until I have to request with housekeeping.

So satisfied to stay here! It ' s the same as what the pictures shown, maybe need a variety for their breakfast menu. Overall, it was a very good hotel. Definitely going to stay here next time!

There 's NO electricity since 11pm until next morning 10am + without any explanation, and no compensation at all.

The room is beautiful and tidy. suitable for those who want privacy. only the food is less interesting and there are not many options.
