The hotel staff was very friendly. There was a hot and cold water dispenser on the first floor. The elevator only accommodated three people, which was four of us. There were no bathroom amenities, so we had to bring them from home. The blankets were thin and small. Luckily, the air conditioning wasn't too cold.

The location is near tourist attractions and it's easy to find food. Close to many important places, and the accommodation is very cheap.

There are rats in the room.. I even asked to move rooms, but in the new room there are also rats.. Not just one rat, but more than one, the wardrobe is old and rotten at the bottom, becoming a place for rats to nest. It's really unfortunate that it could be like this, even though I've been a regular for decades when I come to Penang, I definitely stay here.. Very disappointed.

The location is easy to get around, the building is old, but the room facilities are lacking, soap, shampoo, hair dryer, shower cap are all missing, and even mice can get into the room, the price is also quite expensive.

Very nice and friendly. I always stay here.

Not good for accommodation category

There was a rat that entered the hotel room.

There were rats in the room. The elevator smelled. Hopefully, it can be fixed so it'll be better. It's a shame, considering the strategic location.

We always stay here because it's close to everywhere, the place is busy, and the atmosphere is comfortable.

The hotel is quite comfortable for a budget hotel. It's quite clean.

The staff are good and the hotel is in a great location. The bathroom really needs to be updated, the plastic has gone grey and looks filthy.

Around the hotel there are many food street places, bars and markets that sell a lot of food street breakfast in the morning. Basically it's ok - you can try it.

A great hotel to stay in. Easy access to public transportation such as buses and Grab.

The room was okay, good value for money, and located in the city center.
