The receptionist at the check-in desk was unprofessional and had an attitude towards the guests. Specifically, the guests arrived first but you were not able to complete the procedures, then you arbitrarily switched to doing the check-in procedures for the guests who arrived later, leaving the guests who arrived first to wait. After completing the procedures for the guests who arrived later, they did not proactively call me back to continue but waited for me to remind them before proceeding. Check-in time was around 5:55 p.m. on November 26, 2024.
