The hotel does not have air conditioning, at night I close the balcony door and it is hot in the middle of the night. When I open it, it is cool but noisy and I cannot sleep.
During the first breakfast, I gave the breakfast voucher to the restaurant staff, then another staff came to ask for the voucher, even the staff who collected the voucher earlier thought that I had not given the voucher, I said I had given it but the staff said that I had not, I gave the key card and said that I was staying in this room and I gave the voucher and then checked it again at the voucher pin. Then they looked for it again and found that the voucher was correct for my room number, the staff just smiled and I did not receive any apology.
Breakfast was only a few simple dishes. Drinks were only coffee, water and fruit juice. The fruit juice ran out and no one refilled it even though it was only 8:00, an hour before breakfast ended according to the hotel's regulations. The food was in the same situation, when I went down after 8:00, there was only a little food left.
After breakfast, I returned to the room at around 8:50. I was surprised to see that housekeeping was cleaning the room. They only rearranged the bed sheets and blankets, not replacing them, and they should have done it at noon like other hotels when guests had gone to lunch. This was really inconvenient.
The towels were not white but slightly yellow.
The comb was not added after 1 day because perhaps no one knew it was no longer there.
On the day of check-out, I went out and then came back to get my luggage to check out, but surprisingly they had locked my card (it was not yet 12:00). I had to go back to the reception to ask before I could unlock the card to enter the room.
Then I waited for the car to pick me up to leave, there were Korean guests who came and the receptionist warmly welcomed me while my roommates and I left without a single greeting 😌
My room for 2 nights cost a total of 3,200,000 VND
Conclusion: never come back again. Extremely disappointed.
