Complete room facilities and low budget

Management was very poor, at 8 pm rooms booked not available, last minute notified room booked during repair and replaced elsewhere.

In general the facilities are quite good according to the description in the application. However, cable TV does not exist, only TV with local station broadcasts that cannot be watched. Cleanliness of the unit needs to be considered. There is a lot of hidden dust on the spring bed and mattress that makes your nose sneeze enough.

When we checked in, the unit wasn't serviced thoroughly. The shower was faulted and the TV and WiFi wasn't working. When we contacted the management, poor service is provided. Slow reply and when we issued our problem they will say to wait for their management to settle the problem which is very late and made us delay our plans.

Comfortable apartment. View of KL City is good. quite wide. Hot water is also smooth. It's just that the television and wifi cannot be used. To plug in a lot of electricity, gal worries about charging the gadget. The place is close to the Jakel mall, close to culinary centers, close to the night market.

This hotel is good in terms of location, it is just the aircond doesn't really work, luckily they already prepare the stand fan. They also didn't provide free parking at the property. We need to pay additional parking fee there which seems too high for us.

Parking is paid when you stay here. Outdated equipment. Decoration of unattractive rooms.
