Very homey....will definitely come back again

The rooms are clean and comfortable. Parking is also affordable.

The bedsheet has a lot of stains, which I don't know what. Fortunately, for this type of situation, I always bring my own bedsheet. The room smells of dust, so I need to spray my perfume first. I'm not really sure if they have room service or not since I didn't ask because I was too tired. Please get another bedsheet for the rooms. And the deposit's returning process is quite late as well.

The concept is a studio apartment with a fairly large room. Plates, bowls, and a kitchen set are provided, but unfortunately there's no microwave. The bathroom is quite large, but the shower space is limited, separated only by a curtain. This creates a wet (rather than dry) bathroom because the water flows everywhere. And all the cleaning supplies, like the toilet brush, are in the bathroom, making it less comfortable.

It was very complicated to check in. I asked the security guard to call a number. When I called the number, the response was slow. I waited a long time in the lobby without any explanation. There was no receptionist, which made the check-in process disappointing. I contacted the two numbers of the hotel admin and there was no response. I waited in the lobby for up to an hour. Very disappointed 😫😫

Strategically located in the city center

Clean apartment. Easy to reach. Need to pay for parking during stay which is relatively cheap. The price given is very good. Can cook during stay.

The room is not bad, but there are some inputs: - the bathroom floor has a lot of rust / crust. - the soap can't come out of the soap dispenser. - the refillable gallon of water, sorry I don't know how long it's been, the water is not clean like it smells a bit, so we don't use it anymore. - the sofa is sagging, maybe it's time to replace it. - seriously, the apartment management needs to be improved again. From the lobby, the lobby officers / security guards are busy smoking, entering the lobby is very gloomy, dim, quiet, honestly scared especially bringing a baby, going up the elevator is the same, going into the room is also scary 😅. Maybe if it was more crowded and more lively, the atmosphere would be different. - there is no parking. So it's really hard to go to the lobby, you have to walk from the basement to the lobby. + easy check in. + city center location. + fast deposit refund

A pleasant experience staying at this place. The room is spacious enough for 4 adults and clean. In the bathroom provided toiletries such as soap and shampoo. Apartment facilities such as swimming pool are quiet and can be used. However, there is no access to free parking and the apartment area is quiet, if you want to go to the mini market you have to walk quite far. It is recommended before arriving at the apartment, buy drinking water and food. If there is a chance to go to Semarang again, we will definitely come back here. Thank you.

The atmosphere is comfortable and calm. Incidentally, the apartment is on the 19th floor. View of the city of Semarang. Suitable for families, all room facilities are ok. Clean. Neat. Tops already.

The apartment room is very clean, safe, comfortable, complete facilities, spacious room, I got the door with a smart lock and I was very satisfied. Highly recommended for those who want to staycation/transit here, there is also a kitchen set. Alhamdulillah I got a very friendly and fast response owner.

Lokasi apartement di tengah kota (10 menit jalan kaki sudah sampai ke simpang lima). Fasilitas lengkap (kursi-meja-lemari, peralatan makan/minum tersedia, AC sejuk, Kompor LPG, Kulkas, dispenser (hot/cold), mandi air hangat/panas, TV besar). Pemilik ramah (walau tidak ketemu, hanya call/chat). Deposit dikembalikan 100 %. Keamanan bagus & ramah (ada security 24 jam). Pemandangan luar kamar lewat jendela/altar jelas terlihat bagus siang/malam. Kasih nilai 99 point dan recommended tuk nginap lagi.

Nyesel datengnya malem, kamarnya homey banget, nyaman banget buat istirahat. Bersih, semua peralatan rumah ada kecuali kompor. Ada akses untuk ke kolam renang tapi pintunya di kunci, pas tanya ke penjaga gimana cara buka pintunya gak tau, disuruh tanya ke satpam. Kalau dilihat-lihat kolam renangnya gak terawat juga sih. Males dioper-oper, akhirnya keluar aja eh langsung ada CFD di depan. Di bawah apartemen ada mall juga, tapi sudah sepi hampir gak ada tenant yang buka, sayang banget. Untuk yang bawa kendaraan pribadi seperti saya, parkirnya di depan apartemen, seadanya dan terbuka, dijaga langsung sama satpam apartemen. Bayar parkir maksimal 20k sehari.

Kamarnya luas, bersih, dan wangi. Fasilitasnya sesuai dan lengkap. Air panas ada. Galon ready. TV smart dan tempat tidur nyaman. Pemandangan kolam renang.
