Clean, comfortable, next time I will stay here again, but it is a bit difficult to get in.

Strategically located in the city center

Clean apartment. Easy to reach. Need to pay for parking during stay which is relatively cheap. The price given is very good. Can cook during stay.

The room is not bad, but there are some inputs: - the bathroom floor has a lot of rust / crust. - the soap can't come out of the soap dispenser. - the refillable gallon of water, sorry I don't know how long it's been, the water is not clean like it smells a bit, so we don't use it anymore. - the sofa is sagging, maybe it's time to replace it. - seriously, the apartment management needs to be improved again. From the lobby, the lobby officers / security guards are busy smoking, entering the lobby is very gloomy, dim, quiet, honestly scared especially bringing a baby, going up the elevator is the same, going into the room is also scary 😅. Maybe if it was more crowded and more lively, the atmosphere would be different. - there is no parking. So it's really hard to go to the lobby, you have to walk from the basement to the lobby. + easy check in. + city center location. + fast deposit refund

Stayed there for 2 hrs. The apartment is spacious enough for 5 people and can cook. Can swim in the quiet morning like a private swimming pool

The atmosphere is comfortable and calm. Incidentally, the apartment is on the 19th floor. View of the city of Semarang. Suitable for families, all room facilities are ok. Clean. Neat. Tops already.

The rooms are super comfortable, the view is direct to the swimming pool and you can see the city lights. Will definitely stay here again 😍.

The apartment room is very clean, safe, comfortable, complete facilities, spacious room, I got the door with a smart lock and I was very satisfied. Highly recommended for those who want to staycation/transit here, there is also a kitchen set. Alhamdulillah I got a very friendly and fast response owner.

Lokasi apartement di tengah kota (10 menit jalan kaki sudah sampai ke simpang lima). Fasilitas lengkap (kursi-meja-lemari, peralatan makan/minum tersedia, AC sejuk, Kompor LPG, Kulkas, dispenser (hot/cold), mandi air hangat/panas, TV besar). Pemilik ramah (walau tidak ketemu, hanya call/chat). Deposit dikembalikan 100 %. Keamanan bagus & ramah (ada security 24 jam). Pemandangan luar kamar lewat jendela/altar jelas terlihat bagus siang/malam. Kasih nilai 99 point dan recommended tuk nginap lagi.

Kamarnya luas, bersih dan wangi. Fasilitasnya sesuai dan lengkap. Air panas ada. Galon ready. Tv smart dan tempat tidur nyaman. Pemandangan kolam renang.

Suddenly I wanted to go on a staycation to Semarang, then I found an apartment that wasn't far from the city and the price was quite affordable. The place is quite clean and spacious, especially since its location on the 19th floor means we can see the surrounding area. Anyway, highly recommended for those who want to staycation to Semarang but want to try an apartment

I only stayed here one night, which doesn't feel like it, but I really have to go back to Surabaya immediately, so far the check in & check out process is very easy & fast, the owner is friendly & fast response, the deposit is returned quickly after the check out process, the unit is clean, comfortable, with a beautiful view that made us feel at home and wanted to come back to stay there another time. Thank you, kind owner, hopefully you will always be healthy & always under His protection, aamiin.

The room is very good and very clean. Actually the room is better than the picture posted at Traveloka, one of the best you can get lha. The owner also very polite and fast response. Very recommended, looking forward to stay here again one day.

Recommended buat yang mau staycation atau hanya sekedar transit di Semarang.+Unit luas, bersih dengan fasilitas lengkap; Ada refregerator, microwave, electric stove, waterheater dan lain-lain.+Owner friendly, helpful dan fast response.-Parkiran gedung untuk aksesnya sempit dan rada gelap.

For the umpteenth time staying here. unit ok. All clean and comfortable.

The rooms are clean and tidy. Furniture and equipment very well maintained. There are cooking utensils so it's easy to prepare food.

The place is comfortable, the furniture is complete, it's strategic where to go, it's easy because it's in the middle of the city.

5/5 untuk lokasi & kebersihan: lokasi strategis & kamar bersih. Peralatan mandi lengkap. Kurangnya:- apartemennya bukan yang ter managemen dengan baik. Tidak ada resepsionis, daerah sekitar apartemen kotor, parkiran sulit & sempit.- admin slow respon, kurang komunikatif memberi arahan untuk check in, untuk check in agak sulit, menjangkau tempatnya agak membingungkan, baiknya bikin panduan foto atau video (karena saya pernah dapat owner apartemen yang kasih arahan ini di tempat lain). Saya mengganti gorden vitrase yang sudah ada robekan sebelumnya dengan hitungan gorden baru. Karena dimainkan anak-anak robekannya merembet. Gorden vitrase kan riskan ya lebih baik diganti baru saat ada robekan, jadi beban ganti barunya bukan kena di tamu terakhir yang buat rusaknya tambah kelihatan rusak.

The point is according to the picture, it's worth it to try, those who have a bit slow response but definitely reply. Safe deposits will definitely return.
