The service was great and the room was clean. There were a few stains on the blanket, but they were minor, so it was fine. Overall, it was great, and the service was top-notch.

I've stayed here twice and always taken the Kartanegara room type and have been very satisfied with the service from the hotel staff, the facilities, and the atmosphere 😍

It's really cool, worth it. Next time I want to come here again and try a different room type.

First impressions were that the location was clean, beautiful, and spacious. Since it wasn't check-in time yet, we had to wait. We were able to take photos and play around in the surrounding area. At check-in time, the lobby was packed due to the long weekend, so check-in was delayed by about 30 minutes. But overall, everything was good. The nighttime atmosphere was also nice. Perhaps the lighting could be brighter, as the entire street is lit with yellow lights, making it dim.

The environment is very beautiful, the air is cool. From check-in to checkout, the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean, and fully equipped with amenities. It's very kid-friendly.

It was a bit scary the first time we entered, but once we entered the lobby, it was wonderful 😍. Especially after walking around the resorts, it felt like a fairy tale. The best!

It's always a pleasure to vacation here, but it seems I came at the wrong time. Because it coincided with the village clean-up activity which was held in the form of a *SoundHoreg* event, even though the activity was not inside the resort, the sound was very loud until 3 am so that rest time could not be maximized. But overall, staying here should always be enjoyable. The environment is clean, beautiful, the air is also fresh. The staff is also friendly 😊. Highly recommended, but make sure not to coincide with the months of carnival / village clean-up activities, afraid that what happened to me will happen. 🤭🙏🏻 Thank you Shanaya Resort, this place will always be a favorite place for our little family to stay 😊🙏🏻🫶🏻

This hotel is truly family-friendly. The price is perfectly commensurate with the facilities and everything you get. The kids are guaranteed to love it. If you want to go to Malang city, it's also close via the shortcut, and you'll be right at Suhat, haha. Batu isn't too far either. It's simply great. Hopefully, I can stay here again sometime. Super healing.

It was a really enjoyable stay. I'd love to come back and stay in a different room next time. The facilities are great, the hotel complex is nice and comfortable for jogging, and there are swimming pools everywhere. I like parking in the rice paddy area, with geese and rice barns, making it feel like I'm back in nature... I was very satisfied with my stay here.
