The availability of rooms and facilities, especially toiletries, needs to be improved.

Very disappointing. For a room priced at 550,000 Rupiah, the room smelled a bit damp, and the bathroom wasn't very clean. Breakfast was gone by 8:40 AM and wasn't refilled. There wasn't even any bread. We had to complain repeatedly before we could get an omelet. 😖😩

Okay. Next time I will refer you to a friend.

Haven't tried the food yet. The place is comfortable and clean. The staff service is excellent. The location is nice and strategic.

The staff is friendly and nice, but the room quality is quite bad. I had to move rooms 3 times. First, there was a gecko in the bathroom. Second, the room had a new toilet, and third, the AC was not cold. For food, it was okay.

Friendly receptionist, delicious breakfast & comfortable sleeping area…but unfortunately the towels were stained like used towels, the TV was broken and there was no water heater facility as listed in the bio for the room I booked. Hopefully it can be improved and paid more attention to the facilities in the room.

Absolutely don't stay at this hotel. It feels like sleeping in my grandmother's pigsty in the 1960s.

Puri Yasmin was horrible:- no hot water (optional)- shower did not function. Need to take a bath using a tub.- toilet spray doesn't work.- no soap.- bathroom smells of urine.- dirty mattress with lots of sand and not changed from the previous day.- no gordon and light coming in through the window so the room is bright.- no in room coffee, tea or tissues.

Every time I go home, I always stay at this hotel. The food is delicious, and the atmosphere is calm and cool. And it's close to everywhere.

Ruang tengah Hotel gelap, menu makanan di cave kurang tersedia didaftar menu, Sarapan Pagi/Sahur di jatah piring dan sangat tidak sesuai dengan harga kamar Deluxe. Kelengkapan kamar kurang di perhatikan.

Ruangannya tanpa jendela dan sirkulasi udara kurang.
