The best location is close to Ancol, so you can enter Ancol via the east entrance. Ripky is super helpful and friendly. The room is quite spacious for the price. Next, maybe we could add an Android TV so we can access Netflix. Perfect for a staycation.

It's an apartment, but the facilities are better than a hotel. It has a nice swimming pool, a cafe, and a convenient shopping area nearby, so you don't have to leave the apartment complex. The downside is paid parking.

Check-in was smooth, with all information explained clearly, and our questions answered promptly and patiently. The facilities were all in good condition, clean, and fully functional. From the room to the air conditioning and hot water, to the other supporting facilities, everything worked without any issues, making our stay comfortable and peaceful. The place was also well-maintained and well-organized, making us feel at home throughout. One of the biggest plus points was the stunning city view. It was truly a treat, especially in the morning and evening. It was a pleasure to enjoy the city from such a comfortable place to stay. Overall, our stay here was very satisfying. Friendly service, complete and well-functioning facilities, and excellent city views. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service. I would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity.

The room was okay for a short stay — basic and fairly clean, but the furniture and materials are showing signs of aging. The highlight is definitely the nice view from the apartment. Ripki, the caretaker, was helpful and responsive. Overall, it’s a fair place for the price.
