The staff are lovely and the service is good. The swimming pool is clean. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices. The room amenities are complete. If you want to relax, you don't need to go out to eat; the hotel has its own restaurant, including a Japanese restaurant. It's close to shopping areas and Ao Nang beach. There's a 7-Eleven at the entrance of the soi (street).

The room was comfortable and the hotel was beautiful. But the room wasn't very soundproof. You could hear what the neighbors were saying very clearly.

Location is good: with walking distance to main road and beach. Facility is good: we’re asked to download the hotel app and requested anything from there. It would be better if there’re slippered provided. Room and bed are good and comfy enough, not soundproof though.

It's really cool. Everything is complete and available at this hotel. Very close to Ao Nang beach and monkey trail. The food is delicious. The hotel staff is very friendly. Want to rent motorbikes and cars? I will come back next year!

Very good service staff, good accommodation, clean, variety of breakfast. But the taste needs to be developed a little more to be very delicious.

The room is nice, but the bed and floor feel too moist. The staffs and service were great. Breakfast was also OK. But the neighbor at the room next to mine was very noisy.

The hotel was excellent. The only problem was the sink was clogged. The receptionist were all very kind. The spa was great, thanks to Ms. So so! Overall recommended hotel to stay in.
