The room was nice, the food was delicious, and the room service was excellent. There's nothing to complain about regarding the room itself, 10 out of 10. Regarding the motorbike rental: I rented a motorbike but forgot to remove the key. The male staff member quickly retrieved it and gave it to another customer, assuming I was returning it even though I didn't say anything. I hadn't even used it for half a day, only 3-4 kilometers. It cost me the rental fee, and I still had to take a taxi to dinner because the staff said they were out of scooters and only had manual bikes, which I don't know how to ride. After arguing with the staff member for a while, I ended up paying 2/3 of the full day's rental fee.

The hotel is close to Sun Plaza and Cat Cat Village. The rooms are spacious and have a living room. It's just that the hotel is located on a slightly uphill road.

- The actual superior twin room is different from the photo on Traveloka, there is a window but the view is completely lost because of the wall, the hotel assigned the room to the basement B1, near the parking lot for staff and housekeeping. - The hotel does not provide soap, you have to request more. - There is something in the milk in the breakfast.

I was booking for the dormitory room, the shower room has hot water, hairdryer, the toilets are clean, they also gave us toiletries and water bottles. I have early check in and they can accept it free. That's a nice point if you come to Sa Pa at midnight and arrive in the morning. They also have a restaurant, you can add breakfast in your booking room. And the most important thing is near from Sun Plaza, Sa Pa Station, just walking to explore the city. Thank you for Mr. Khai, he was a helpful receptionist and kind person. I was Muslim and only eat Halal Food, so according to me what kind of food in the restaurant I can eat. I'm so happy.
