In terms of service, the hotel rooms were all good. However, breakfast was very limited, and the restaurant space wasn't large enough for guests, so guests had to queue for a table.

Ok, very comfortable and easy to get everywhere

Overall everything is good, especially the friendly hotel staff.

So far everything is fine, but the food is far from the impression of a 4-star hotel breakfast, there is less variety and the taste is really messy. It's actually better to have breakfast outside. It's better to book a room without breakfast and look for breakfast outside, consider it as getting a local breakfast culinary experience compared to having breakfast at this hotel.

The room is comfortable, but the AC is not cold enough 🙂

The hotel is clean, close to the city and the staff are friendly.

Upon entering the hotel, the security guard was friendly. Upon arriving at the reception, we were asked to wait 30 minutes because the room we had booked wasn't available. We were switched to a smoking room, even though the booking requested non-smoking. We were still asked to wait another 10 minutes. Understandably, it was probably because it was the weekend. We got a room on the 6th floor at the very end. Vehicles could be heard passing by, and the sound of corrugated iron or tin cans blowing in the wind, probably from a neighboring hotel. The TV was still an old LED model, not a smart TV. The refrigerator was replaced by a technician after complaints that it wasn't cooling. It was probably because of the promotional price, so the facilities were included in the promotion. 🥲 The swimming pool isn't very big. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future. The breakfast area is poorly maintained and inadequate for a large number of guests. The food is decent. The swimming pool area is also poorly maintained. There's no guide even though the pool is quite deep. The changing area smells of urine and is poorly maintained. The room is quite comfortable for the price. The large bed is also large and comfortable. There's no trash can in the bathroom. There are also no tissues in the hotel room.

The hotel atmosphere is very comfortable and clean.

I think the food isn't very varied, There's also a lack of seating at the pool, so parents have to wait in the garden. So far, this hotel is great. This is my second stay here.

Strategic location close to souvenir center and near restaurant
